About The Company
Marinello Real Estate Company has a successful track record of coordinating the development and acquisition of numerous property types, including office and industrial buildings, retail centers, multi-family apartment projects and in-fill mixed-use developments.
Since starting his career in commercial real estate in 1994, Frank Marinello worked up to a level of vice president for Basin Street Properties in Petaluma before founding Marinello Real Estate Co. in 2003. Marinello Real Estate has participated in the development of such notable projects as:
- The Waterfront District, Suisun City - Marinello Real Estate Co. and Solano County-based homebuilder The Miller-Sorg Group joined forces to form Main Street West Partners. The team was selected by the Suisun City Redevelopment Agency as the Master Developer to acquire and develop fourteen residential and commercial properties in downtown Suisun City. This exciting mixed-use project broke ground in the Fall of 2006 and will be built out in multiple phases over a period of several years. www.mainstwest.com
- The Theatre District, Petaluma - This mixed-use project located in downtown Petaluma consists of a 12-screen cinema, retail and office space, apartments and a five-level parking structure. Marinello Real Estate Co. was responsible for directing design, developing project pro formas and coordinating environmental remediation of petroleum-impacted soils. www.theatre-district.com
